Local Earned Income Tax Deadline Now July 30, 2020 (for those living only in KCSD)
Filing Deadlines Extended To July 15
As in years past, local EIT filing deadlines always aligned with the Federal and State filing deadlines. Accordingly, the new due date for 2019 Final Returns and 1st Quarter 2020 estimate payments is July 15, 2020.

The PA Department of Revenue and the IRS announced that income tax filing deadlines for both the final return (2019) and the 1st Quarter (2020) are extended to July 15, 2020. For local EIT purposes, Keystone is accordingly extending these Individual filing deadlines to match the State and Federal date of July 15.
Keystone will not apply penalty and interest on Tax Year 2019 Final Return payments nor 1st Quarter estimates until after July 15, 2020. To file and pay online, please go to e-file. If you have questions or need assistance, please ask here, 24-7. Thank you.
