ZONING HEARING BOARD

Will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:

 THE APPLICATION OF SOREN RUBIN AND JESSIE MOOBERRY. The parcel is UPI No. 61-2N-19, also known as 5 Cemetery Lane. The parcel is owned by the Applicants, and is currently improved with an existing historic building operating as a takeout restaurant known as “Farmer & Co.,” and an associated parking area. The parcel is approximately 0.6239 acres in area, and is located in the C-1 – Village Commercial District of the Township. The Applicants appeal a July 28, 2026 Zoning Officer determination regarding compliance with the April 1, 2013 Conditional Use approval as it relates to parking on the property; and any other relief that may be necessary.

The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
