Greetings,
My name is Joshua, and I am working with HBO on the second season of the show Task. On Friday, October 9, we will be filming scenes in your area. Please read this notice carefully for pertinent information.
Our work involves driving and filming a large vehicle on Wollaston Road between Doe Run Road and W Street Road. To perform our work safely, East Marlborough Police will provide intermittent traffic control on Wollaston Road between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. This will occur at the following intersections:
- Wollaston Road & W Street Road
- Wollaston Road & Poplar Tree Road
- Wollaston Road & Doe Run Road
If you are leaving this area between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., please contact me at 843.408.3486 to coordinate a safe exit. I can tell you whether we have the area locked down for filming or if it is clear to depart. We will reopen the road as soon as it is safe, and we will contact you when that happens.
If you return home while we are filming, an officer will ask you to stand by until our circuit is complete and it is safe to enter this area. We aim to minimize the time any resident waits at these intersections.
We are working with permission and guidance from East Marlborough Township and the East Marlborough Police Department to ensure the legal and safe completion of our work and to minimize the impact on the residents of this area.
If you have any questions or concerns about our production, please do not hesitate to call me. We are guests in your community, and we wish to treat it with the utmost respect.
