Shelley Mincer questioned the status of the demolition of the buildings by the pot office.

1. ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Manager Lovekin announced that the draft 2021 budget has been available for public inspection at the township building and on the township website since December 2^nd.

4. 2021 BUDGET ADOPTION

Township Manager, Neil Lovekin presented the 2021 budget and reviewed each line item. A

motion was made by Supervisor Sarro, seconded by Supervisor Monahan, and carried by a vote of 5-0 to adopt the 2021 Budget as presented.

5. ADJOURNMENT

All business having been discussed, a motion was made by Supervisor Monahan, seconded by

Supervisor Vannote. Motion carried 5-0 to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:29 p.m.

The 2021 Budget for East Marlborough Township is available for public inspection at the Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348 and viewable at the below link. The Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 to consider the adoption of the proposed 2021 Budget. The special meeting will be conducted remotely/virtually due to the Pennsylvania and Chester County health emergencies related to the COVID-19 virus. The public may listen in and/or participate in the meeting through the remote access platform, instructions on how to join the meeting are posted below.
