The Applicant (on behalf of Jersey Mike’s Subs) seeks approval to use a portion of a building located at 817 East Baltimore Pike as a take-out restaurant, which is permitted in the C-2 Zoning District with conditional use approval. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 1, 2022, prior to the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.

5. Conditional Use Application – Wistar Motors, Inc. (507 N. Walnut RD)

The Applicant, Wistar Motors, Inc. seeks approval to use the property and existing building for the warehousing, storage, and maintenance of approximately 30 high-end automobiles with limited internet sales, which is permitted in the LI Zoning District with conditional use approval. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 1, 2022, prior to the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
