This project consists of a take-out restaurant with drive-through, a convenience store with 8 gas pumps, and a 2-story medical office building. The proposed development is in the MU (Mixed Use) District.
- Longwood Gardens, Inc. – Sketch Sanitary Sewer Improvement Plan
The purpose of the project is to construct an additional sewage lagoon, slightly south of the existing lagoon, on 311 Longwood Road, and to construct a new building and driveway serving existing sewage treatment facilities on 338 Longwood Road.
