- PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION OF KAI PETER ON BEHALF OF JERSEY MIKE’S SUBS, 817 EAST BALTIMORE PIKE, KENNETT SQUARE, PA 19348
- The Conditional Use Application of Kai Peter seeks Conditional Use approval, pursuant to §§ 802.C.1.p. and 2008 of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance, to allow the Applicant’s desired use of the property for a “Restaurant, Take Out”. The Applicant’s specified, desired use is a for a Jersey Mike’s Subs take-out restaurant. Such use is permitted in the C-2 Zoning District with conditional use approval.
- The proposed Conditional Use Hearing was advertised in the Monday, July 18, 2022, and Monday, July 25, 2022, editions of the Daily Local News as required, as well as posted on the Township website. The Conditional Use Application was available at the Township Building for public inspection, as advertised.
- PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION OF WISTAR MOTORS, INC. C/O SCOTT WISTAR, 507 NORTH WALNUT ROAD, KENNETT SQUARE, PA 19348
- The Conditional Use Application of Wistar Motors, Inc. seeks Conditional Use approval from the Township Board of Supervisors, pursuant to §§ 1002.B.12 & 15 and 2008 of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance, to allow the Applicant’s desired use of the property and existing building for the warehousing, storage, and maintenance of approximately 30 high-end automobiles with limited internet sales. Such use is permitted in the LI Zoning District with conditional use approval.
- The proposed Conditional Use Hearing was advertised in the Monday, July 18, 2022, and Monday, July 25, 2022, editions of the Daily Local News as required, as well as posted on the Township website. The Conditional Use Application was available at the Township Building for public inspection, as advertised.
