3. PUBLIC HEARING: CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

The proposed zoning ordinance amendment was advertised in the May 19, 2022, and Thursday, May 26, 2022, editions of the Daily Local News as required, as well as posted on the Township website. The draft ordinance amendment was available at the Township Building for public inspection, as advertised.

4. ORDINANCE NO. 02-2022: AMENDING THE TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE

5. PUBLIC HEARING: CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND VERIZON PENNSYLVANIA, LLC

The proposed franchise agreement was advertised in the May 17, 2022, edition of the Daily Local News as required, as well as posted on the Township website. The proposed agreement was available at the Township Building for public inspection, as advertised.

6. ORDINANCE NO. 03-2022: AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND VERIZON PENNSYLVANIA, LLC

7. APPOINTMENT OF TOWNSHIP TREASURER AND FIXING TREASURER’S BOND
   1. RESOLUTION NO. 2022-33:

Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 2022-33, to appoint Peter Barsz as Township Treasurer with a bond to be set at $5,000,000.00.

8. RESOLUTION NO. 2022-34

Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 2022-34, to designate depositories and signatories for the Township funds.

9. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT & POSSIBLE AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OF MONTHLY BILLS

Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 2022-36, to adopt a “Capitalization Policy” to (i) identify and define capital purchases and projects; (ii) establish asset and project life cycles; and (iii) identify associated performance standards.

Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 2022-37, to appoint the Township Manager as the Open Records Officer and repealing prior resolutions appointing an Open Records Officer and Deputy Open Records Officer.

Organizational Sustainability Committee – Supervisors Monahan & Vannote – Discussed and finalized a draft Capitalization Policy, begun discussions of a ‘Fund Balance’ Policy
