Zoning Hearing Board

THE EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:

THE APPLICATION OF NORTHERN DAVIS REAL ESTATE. The parcel is UPI No. 61-5-209, also known as 227 Daylesford Court. The parcel is owned by the Applicant, and is currently improved with a commercial building and associated driveways and parking areas. The parcel is approximately 12.152 acres in area, and is located in the LI – Limited Industrial District of the Township. The Applicant seeks a variance from §1004.D(9)(Lot Coverage) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the expansion of parking and storage areas on the property which will increase the lot coverage on the property from the existing 39.7% lot coverage to 46% lot coverage where 40% is the maximum permitted lot coverage; and any other relief that may be necessary.

The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
