2. 532 North Walnut Road – Montchanin Buildings, LLC.
The Applicant proposes to construct 33 townhomes on an existing 9.0+/ acre parcel, located adjacent to the Longwood Preserve community, in the Limited Industrial (LI) District. Conditional Use approval was granted July 10, 2023.

TOWNSHIP PLANS & ORDINANCES

3. Act 532 Plan Update – Review & Recommendation to Board of Supervisors
The purpose of this Act 537 Plan is to address the wastewater disposal needs of the Township. The Planning Area for this Act 537 Plan consists of four study areas to facilitate the analysis of various wastewater alternatives. These study areas are smaller portions of the Township that have similar characteristics and wastewater planning concerns.
