Historical Architectural Review Board

Historical Architectural Review Board will hold a special meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, to be held at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348. The purpose of this meeting is to review the application of Catherine Demeo Kelly, 812 Wollaston Road (UPI No. 61-2-102), that seeks to obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness to modify her primary residence by constructing 2 front porches and other site improvements. The application for Certificate of Appropriateness may be examined at the East Marlborough Township Building during regular business hours.
