Strategic Plan Work Session

The Board of Supervisors will hold a work session on Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 7 to 9 p.m. This work session follows its August 19, 2021, work session for purposes of discussing Township strategic planning initiatives. On August 19, 2021, the Board of Supervisors developed an action plan, identified steps to measure progress, and determined next steps. On October 28, 2021, the Board of Supervisors, with the guidance of a consultant, will further review, evaluate, and adjust goal statements with objectives, assign resources, identify target dates, and establish measures to determine whether goals are achieved. The public may participate in the meetings at the municipal building (721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348).
