Chester County Commissioners have set aside $5 million to provide funding for small businesses and agricultural enterprises in Chester County that were unable to take advantage of federal and commonwealth existing COVID-19 response programs. Grants of up to $25,000 will be available to all eligible businesses through the Chester County Main Street Preservation program.
Initial eligibility requirements include for-profit small businesses and agricultural enterprises formed and active in 2019 or earlier, with annual revenues of $500,000 or less. The businesses must be physically located and headquartered in Chester County.
To assist in the application process, the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) is hosting a live webinar to discuss the application process and eligibility requirements on Thursday, May 7th, at 10:00 AM for all business owners who are eligible for a grant.

All eligible small businesses and agricultural enterprises are invited to submit a grant application on Monday, May 11th between the hours of 5:00 AM. and 9:00 PM. Applications must be submitted during this time frame to be considered.
