Township staff handle a wide variety of local municipal compliance topics. Specific types of compliance issues will be forwarded to the appropriate township official(s) (e.g., Building and Zoning Official, Public Works Director, and Police Chief, etc.) for compliance management, but coordination of the complaint and resolution will be through the Township Manager. Only forms that are accurately and completely filled out, including the Complaint Information will be accepted. Forms may be submitted in-person during business hours, dropped through the mail-slot in the double-front doors of the Municipal Building, or submitted via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
