Minutes of April 6, 2015. Supervisor Weer asked the date of the engineer’s inspection at Belrose be inserted into the April minutes; the date was March 12, 2015. With that correction, and by unanimous vote (5-0), the minutes were approved.
Request to Conduct Tent Sale of PA-legal Fireworks in the Walmart Parking Lot.Debbie Ivins, representing TNT Fireworks, requested approval for an outdoor tent sale for approximately 10-12 days, ending on July 5, 2015. By unanimous vote (5-0), the Board granted approval for this year only.

Supervisor Sarro said that he had spoken with Joe Derrickson at the High School, who urges Mrs. Ford to contact him when she feels that the noise is excessive.
