7. DEDICATION OF LONGWOOD PRESERVE – Kevin Holahan d/b/a Longwood Preserve, Inc.
Discussion and possible acceptance of subsequent dedication documents:
The Maintenance Agreement and Bond ($494,623.21)
Deed of Dedication for additional right-of-way of Schoolhouse Road
Deed of Dedication for Preserve Lane, Cascade Way, Fountain Trail, and Connector Stub
Grant of Dedication for sewer pump station easement, and 30’ wide emergency access easement
8. RESOLUTION 2024-28: RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF CERTAIN ROAD RIGHTS–OF–WAY IN LONGWOOD PRESERVE
Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution 2024-28, accepting the road rights-of-way as set forth in the Deed of Dedication of Road Rights-of-Way of Preserve Lane, Cascade Way, Fountain Trail, Connector Stub, and additional right-of-way of Schoolhouse Road as public roads within East Marlborough Township, together with all sanitary sewer water and storm sewer infrastructure within the rights-of-way.
9. RESOLUTION NO. 2024–29: ADOPTION OF NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC CALMING POLICY
Discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 2024-29 to adopt a policy that’s purpose is to address residents’ concerns about aggressive driving on East Marlborough Township-owned residential streets.

Draft On-Lot Sewage Disposal Ordinance – Authorization to Advertise for Public Inspection
Discussion and possible authorization for advertisement of the draft ordinance for public inspection, prior to the Board of Supervisors’ possible adoption at the August 5, 2024 meeting.

Acceptance of Thomas Simpers’ Resignation from the Zoning Hearing Board, Term Expiration of January 1, 2029.
Discussion and acceptance of the resignation of Thomas Simpers from the Zoning Hearing Board. Township Manager to advertise the vacancy in the local news publication, The Daily Local and on the Township’s website.

Police Operations – Possible Addition of a Motorcycle Detail
Discussion and possible authorization for the Township Police Department to add a motorcycle detail to its weekday operations, and to update the Police Department Manual as necessary.
