Conditional Use Hearings

PUBLIC CONDITIONAL USE HEARING – 802 E. Baltimore Pike

On Monday, August 2, 2021, at 7 p.m., prevailing time, at the East Marlborough Township Building, located at 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania 19348, the Board of Supervisors of East Marlborough Township will hold a public hearing on the Conditional Use Application of 802 East Baltimore Pike, LLC, with respect to an approximate 7.558 gross-acre property, located at 802 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, East Marlborough Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania 19348 (Tax Parcel I.D. Nos.: 61-6-97; 61-6-97.1; 61-6-98; 61-6-99; 62-4-107; and 62-4-106.3), located in the Township’s Multiple Use (MU) Zoning District.

The Applicant is seeking Conditional Use approval from the Township Board of Supervisors, pursuant to §§ 902.C. and 2008. of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance, to amend a June 3, 2019 conditional use approval (with conditions) in order to: (i) replace the previously-proposed and approved bank with drive-through facility with a restaurant/restaurant, take out facility; and (ii) amend the footprint of the previously-proposed and approved gasoline service station and retail facility.
