No.: 61-5-207.1), located in the Township’s LI (Limited Industrial) Zoning District.\nThe Conditional Use Application seeks conditional use approval from the Township Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Sections 1002.B.3. and 2008 of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance, in order to develop multi-family dwellings, consisting of 33 townhomes.
