DESCRIPTION:THE EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:\nTHE APPLICATION OF FRANKLIN MINT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. The subject parcel is seeking relief in the form of variances from East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance Sections 1704 and 1705, or other zoning relief, to allow illuminated signage in excess of the currently permitted number and size of signs allowed for Applicant’s property. Applicant also seeks a variance, or other zoning relief, to permit a proposed LED monument sign. Applicant’s property is located at 891 East Baltimore Pike, East Marlborough Township, Chester County, PA, consists of approximately .59 acres, and is known as Chester County UPI No. 61-6-89.lA.
