DESCRIPTION:THE EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will conduct a virtual online hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 to hear the following: APPLICATION OF JOSEPH MISIEWICZ. The subject parcels are UPI Nos. 61-8-2.2 and 61-8-2.2A, also known as 611 & 613 Mill Road. The subject parcels are owned by Joseph and Dorothy Misiewicz. The subject parcels each total approximately 10 acres in area, and are located in the Agricultural Preservation (AP) Zoning District of the Township. The applicant seeks a variance from §1822.D(1) and (3) (Specimen Trees) of the East Marlborough Zoning Ordinance to permit the removal of specimen trees on the parcels for the construction of a single-family home on each wooded lot, where such tree removal is not otherwise permitted, and any other relief that may be necessary.\nONLINE PARTICIPATION ONLY\nIn an effort to minimize public exposure to COVID‐19 and maintain social distancing, public meetings will be conducted via webinar and will be\nrecorded.
