DESCRIPTION:Will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:\n THE APPLICATION OF SOREN RUBIN AND JESSIE MOOBERRY. The parcel is UPI No. 61-2N-19, also known as 5 Cemetery Lane. The parcel is owned by the Applicants, and is currently improved with an existing historic building operating as a takeout restaurant known as “Farmer & Co.,” and an associated parking area. The parcel is approximately 0.6239 acres in area, and is located in the C-1 – Village Commercial District of the Township. The Applicants appeal a July 28, 2026 Zoning Officer determination regarding compliance with the April 1, 2013 Conditional Use approval as it relates to parking on the property; and any other relief that may be necessary.\nThe Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.\nAll persons desiring to be heard may attend and be heard.  If any person who wishes to attend the meeting has a disability and/or requires auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceedings, please contact the Township Manager at 610-444-0725 to discuss how those needs may be best accommodated.
