Applicants came before the Commissioners to review the Preliminary/Final Land Development Plans for the proposed automated car wash located at Onix Drive. Letters from both the TPD and Vandemark and Lynch had been submitted with several comments and recommendations. There was a lengthy discussion of the comments from Jim Hatfield, Township Engineer.
