THE APPLICATION OF THOMAS FAUGHNAN AND PATRICIA FAUGHNAN. The parcel is UPI No. 61-5-55.2D, also known as 1 Greenbriar Lane, East Marlborough Township. The subject parcel is owned by the applicants and is approximately1.1 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Residential District – B (R-B) of the Township and is improved with a single-family detached dwelling and driveway. The applicants seek a variance from§1603.B (Area and Bulk Regulations) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit 18.09% impervious cover where the maximum permitted coverage is 15% for the lot to allow an addition of an in-law suite and swimming pool, and any other relief that may be necessary.

The subject parcel is owned by the applicant and is approximately 10.78 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Multiple Use (MU) Zoning District and is improved with a hotel and associated parking. The applicant seeks a variance from §1704.B(2) (Signs in Commercial, Multiple Use and Limited Industrial Districts) and §1704.C (Business or related signs) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a free-standing sign with a total area that exceeds fifty (50) square feet where the maximum permitted size is thirty (30) square feet, and any other relief that may be necessary.
