THE EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 7:00 p.m. onOctober 18, 2016 at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:
THE APPLICATION OF THOMAS P. NEALE AND CYNTHIA C. NEALE. The parcel is UPI No. 61-8-31, also known as 406 Dean Drive, Kennett Square, PA 19348. The subject parcel is owned by the applicants and is approximately 0.9 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Residential District – B (R-B) of the Township and is improved with a single-family detached dwelling and driveway. The applicants seek a variance from§503.G. (Accessory Buildings and Structures) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of an electrical generator within 5feet of the boundary line of the side yard, where no accessory structure shall be situated within 20 feet of any side or rear property line, and any other relief that may be necessary.
THE APPLICATION OF ANDREW J. BARNETT AND ELLEN L. BARNETT. The parcel is UPI No. 61-2-8.1, also known as 1435 Embreeville Road, Unionville, PA 19375. The subject parcel is owned by the applicants and is approximately 1.0 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Residential District – B (R-B)of the Township and is improved with a single family detached dwelling and driveway. The applicants seek a variance from §1823.B.3 (Fence and Wall Regulations) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to replace a privacy fence in the front yard, where such fence is not otherwise permitted in the B District, and any other relief that may be necessary.
THE APPLICATION OF MATTHEW HENRY AND MOLLY HENRY. The parcel is UPI No. 61-5F-24, also known as 748 Meadowbank Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348. The subject parcel is owned by the applicants and is approximately 0.44 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Planned Residential Development District of the Township and is improved with a single family detached dwelling and driveway. The applicants seek a variance from §502.D.2 (Accessory Uses) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a swimming pool with a 5 foot setback from the rear property line and a 10 foot setback from the side property line, where a setback of at least 25 feet from any side or rear property line is required, and any other relief that may be necessary.
The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
