NOTICE
THE EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 7:00 p.m. onWednesday July 20, 2016, at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:
THE APPLICATION OF LONGWOOD LAND BANKPAD, LLC. The property is part ofUPI No. 61-6-79.1, also known as Condominium Unit #5 of the School House Crossing Condominiums, Onix Drive. The subject property is owned by the School House Crossing Condominiums andtotals approximately 0.717 acres in area. The property is currently vacantand islocated in theMU Multiple Use District of the Township. The applicant seeks a variance from §903.E(4) (Rear yard setback) and (6) (Front yard setback) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a car wash with a rear yard setback of 8.5 feet, where a minimum of 20 feet is required, and to locate the car wash “pay stations” in the 50 foot front yard setback where such structures are not otherwise permitted in the front yard in the MU District. In the alternative, the applicant appeals the determination of the zoning officer that the two “pay stations” are not permitted in the front yard in the MU District, and any other such relief deemed necessary by the Zoning Hearing Board.
THE APPLICATION OF PENNFIELD PROPERTIES, L.P. AND RICHARD & REBECCA D’ANTONIO. The property is UPI No. 61-2-132.6E, also known as 105 Wyndham Hill Drive. The subject property is owned by Pennfield Properties, L.P., and Richard and Rebecca D’Antonio are the equitable owners. The parcel totals approximately 1.48 acres in area and is located in the B (R-B) Residential District of the Township. The applicants seek a special exception pursuant to §502.B.1.a through h (Accessory Dwelling Unit) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the conversion of the basement area of an existing single-family detached dwelling to an accessory dwelling unit (in-law suite), and any other such relief deemed necessary by the Zoning Hearing Board.
The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
