THE APPLICATION OF UPLAND COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL. The parcel is UPI No. 61-4-12.2, also known as 420 West Street Road. The subject parcel is owned by the applicant and is approximately5.2 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Educational, Scientific and Institutional District (ESI) of the Township and is improved with an ice skating rink and accompanying driveways and parking areas. The applicant seeks a variance from§1102.B (Use Regulations) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the existing ice rink to be used by the Chester County Skating Club as a principal use, and any other relief that may be necessary.
THE APPLICATION OF MARK LUZZI AND JACLYN HICKS. The parcel is UPI No. 61-5-49.3, also known as 723 Willowdale Lane. The subject parcel is owned by the applicants and is approximately 2.0 acres in area. The subject parcel is located in the Residential District – B (R-B) of the Township and is improved with a single-family detached dwelling and driveway. The applicants seek a special exception pursuant to §502.B (Uses by Special Exception) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Applicants also seek a variance from §503.E (Area and Bulk Regulations) of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit to be constructed within the required side yard setback, and any other relief that may be necessary.
The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
