On Monday, January 28 at 7:00 PM at the East Marlborough Township Building, 721 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348, the East Marlborough Township Board of Supervisors will continue a public hearing to consider the application of 802 East Baltimore Pike, LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to Article IX, Sections 902.C 8, 16 and 21 of the East Marlborough Township Zoning Ordinance for a bank with drive-through (3,558 sq. ft.), a gasoline service station (5,189 sq. ft. Royal Farms facility), and a two-story medical office building (25,500 total sq. ft.) regarding the 6.4 acre property located at 802 East Baltimore Pike, East Marlborough Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, and identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 61-6-97, 61-6-97.1, 61-6-98, 61-6-99, 62-4-107 and 62-4-106.3 (Property). The applicant is the equitable owner of the property which is located in the Multiple Use (MU) District of the Township.
