EAST MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Vice-chairman Richard E. Hicks called the public meeting to order at 7 a.m. in the Township Building.  Board members Robert F. Weer and Eddie G. Caudill were also present.

Bills.  By unanimous vote (3-0), the attached list of invoices was approved for payment;

                        General Fund                $21,004.40

                        Development Fund     $12,051.15

                         Sewer Fund                $15,305.42

Storage Buildings at Two Sewer Plants.  Eddie Caudill requested approval to locate a storage building at each sewer site, specifically, Wollaston Road and Byrd Road sites.  Mr. Caudill will investigate any deed restrictions that might apply.

Truck Purchase.  By unanimous vote (3-0), the Board approved the purchase of an F350 Ford under the Statewide Piggy-back purchasing program, for a total of $38,712. 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:27 a.m.
