Meeting of the Board – January 18, 2005 – 7:30 A.M.

Chairman Cuyler H. Walker called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. at the Township Building. Board members Robert F. Weer and Eddie G. Caudill were also present.

Bills. By unanimous vote (3-0), the Board approved the attached list of invoices for payment, with the following totals: General Fund - $40,633.71, Development Fund - $5,710.99, and Sewer Fund - $24,181.84.

Ordinances.

05-01- Amending Zoning Ordinance for Sections 1700, (Signage), 202, (Definitions) 1800 (Standards for tree preservation), 700 (Design standards for multi-family dwellings). By unanimous vote (3-0), the Board agreed to process the amendments and give public notice of the hearing for March 3, 2005 at 7 p.m.

05-02 -Cutting Township Roads. By unanimous vote (3-0), the Board agreed to provide public notice for a hearing on March 3, 2005 at 7:20 p.m.

05-03 – Emergency Communications Requirements. Board members decided to review the ordinance more fully prior to public notice, planning to consider the ordinance at the April 4, 2005 Board meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:53 a.m.
