PLANING COMMISSON

MINUTES OF APRIL 29, 2008

Mark Benzel, chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:30pm in the township building. Additional commissioners present were Susan Beach, MaryNell Ferry, Chris Kimmel and Pat Montague. There was

a quorum present.

1. Minutes of April 1, 2008

Motion to approve - Commissioner Beach, 2^nd Commissioner Montague. Minutes approved.

2. Public Comment Period - none

3. Grace Fellowship Church – George Asimos, Esq., Andrew DelFonzo, PE and Paul Tebo– Preliminary/Final Plan

Mr. Asimos, Mr. DelFonzo and Mr. Tebo, along with the commissioners, discussed the

April 24, 2008 Review Letter and Memorandum of Township Engineer, James Hatfield

and the April 24, 2008 letter from Glackin Thomas Panzak.

Mr. Asimos noted that a fence will be installed around the storm water basin following a suggestion from an adjacent landowner.

Action: Commissioner Kimmel- Motion to recommend Preliminary/Final Plan

approval subject to the applicant meeting all provisions of Township Engineer James

Hatfield’s letter of April 24, 2008 and April 24, 2008 letter from Glackin Thomas Panzak.

2^nd Commissioner Ferry. Motion approved.

4. Note: Plans for Whitewing Farm – no review at this time

Commissioners provided with General Development Plan for Whitewing Farm South.

No applicant representation and no consultant review letter.

Informal review of submitted plans, no formal action.

5. Executive Session – Discussion of personnel.
