PLANNING COMMISSION

MINUTES OF MARCH 27, 2007

Mark Benzel, chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:30pm in the township building. Additional commissioners present were Susan Beach, MaryNell Ferry, Buzz Hannum, Jr. and Pat Montague. There was a quorum present.

1. Minutes of February 27, 2007 –Motion to approve Commissioner Beach,

2^nd Commissioner Montague. Approved.

2. Saint Michael Lutheran Church – Final Land Development Plan Approval

Presenter - Robert E. Flinchbaugh, Regester Associates, Inc.

Commissioners reviewed March 1, 2007 letter and memorandum from township

engineer, James Hatfield. Motion by Commissioner Beach to approve final land

development plan contingent upon receiving NPDES permit and planning module

approval if necessary, second Commissioner Hannum. Approved.

3. Glenelg – Lot Consolidation Plan-no representation
